It's a contentious subject.
What they should do is put the family (when the baby's born) in some kind of supervised environment and see how she fares with the baby. But on the other hand, if something happens and the there's another BabyP there'll be uproar.

What about the possibility of showing the girl how to care for a baby, making sure she understands the responsibility? But then again, if they already think she doesn't have the capacity to understand the social services must have a good reason.

I don't know. I'm torn.
