worst case scenario: pulmonary embollism from all the rollups. need to go to the doctor but too scared.

haven't got laid in nearly a year, failed to move out of the parents' house last month as was planned, no prospects to do so soon, haven't worked full-time since April '06, getting fucking fat, all my friends have moved far away from this town apart from one who is getting married to an ultra-christian bitch who hates my guts, my overdraft's rapidly being guzzled up and my boots are literally down at heel. I remember being 21 and feeling like this. Now I'm 31 and wondering if it's going to be the same when I'm fucking 41, just I'll be more unhealthy.

On the plus side, I don't have kidney stones. That's quite a big plus in my book.
