No.It's still after midnight. Anything after 00:00:00 is the start of a new day. 23:59:59 is the end of the old one.

I was born after midnight, yes.Technically I was born on the 18th because the NEW DAY DOESN'T BEGIN UNTIL A MINUTE AFTER MIDNIGHT

Yes it doesIt begins immediately after midnight. A minute after midnight is a minute into the new day.
