Blame do gooding white doctors who go to "their" countries and heal them. Bloody do gooders, its medicine's fault, we should use homeopathic remedies.

Ironically
the flies are actually thriving over there - you can see them, they're always buzzing around children's faces in those Comic Relief clips.

Incidentally, I like close-to-the-knuckle comedy as much as the next chap, but some of those clips aren't really all that funny, even by my standards. I'm surprised they don't get complaints about them.
