Definitely do Fisherman's Wharf and eat at one of the awesome seafood restaurants.Hit up Chinatown - it's well worth it. Also, take a trip over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito, and if you're hiring a car go up to Napa and do some wine tasting.
