Send this to every business in Helston and Falmouth whose address you can get off the web.Might be worth targetting the very many retirement ghettoes along the Cornish coast (or care establishments in her area of speciality) in case she has found other emloyment.
Does she have a hobby? Include clubs and societies she might use.
