I remember making a site for some woman when I did that sort of thing for a livingit was for a holiday cottage that she had. She explicitly said she wanted leaves and stuff on it, and various other things.
I obliged and made one of the best bits of design I've ever done, there was much approval from my colleagues and management.
She totally hated it. So much so that she flipped out, shouted at my boss, and went and got someone to make her one of the worst sites I've ever seen.
