It's worth keeping a written record of every time she messes you about like this which you can refer to in future mediation or legal action though. I'm not sure how much further you'd get with court action but it might be worth talking to your solicitor about getting mediation to discuss and sign-up to a regular contact schedule. If she refuses mediation or breaks any agreement you've got a much better chance in court subsequently.
