Yeah, a few years ago UK Gold threw up about 10 all-time greats and asked the public to voteFuck knows why they included Dibley. I assume it's because they were showing it round the clock, and were having trouble getting hold of the licencing for Black Books, The Office and Red Dwarf
Edit: Rampant speculation. Which is the best kind.
