It's fun being IT support for the family, isn't it?Long gone, I thought, are the days when I'd hear the call of "CrooooW! The computer's doing something funny..." from my mother or sister, but just the other night, as I got back to my flat, my mother phoned up because the computer appeared to have encountered some kind of virus and my father was away that week.
