It's easy - here's how I do it.
Dry fry 1lb ground beef (mince) until brown.
Throw in half a large onion (chopped)
1/2lb mushrooms
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
Salt, pepper and a dash of basil and rosemary.
Add a jar of Ragu and half a glass of red wine.
Simmer for 20 minutes while the spaghetti is cooking.
Serve with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese
