Is a natural anti-depressant, sold in most health stores under the name 'happy days'. I know a lot of people use it to help replace depleted serotonin after a night on substances; It helps with the reuptake of serotonin.
In relation to fibromyalgia it has limited effects on relieving fatigue and pain. It's an SSRI type anti-depressant and other Tricyclic types of anti-depressants will work better for fibromyalgia.
Overall though anti-depressants aren't a great solution, but the treatment of fibromyalgia varies depending on the person, so try different treatments to see which relieves the symptoms the best.
