HehThe strongest I've ever tried is Super Tennants which isn't particularly strong but combined in my student days with Special VAT gives you a Snakebite from hell...

I had an 18% one in Belgiumand it just gave me a headache. Difficult not to make them too sweet at that alcohol level.
