Incredible amounts of salt and vinegarBut watch out for the vinegar gases that are emitted immediately after pouring the condiment on. Can make you splutter somewhat.
Also depending on the mood, suitable alternatives in order: Heinz Ketchup, Mayo, HP Sauce, Salad Cream.

that's the best thingif the vinegar fumes almost choke you to death then you know you have the right amount of vinegar
