Remember that one of the questions you may be asked will be
"What will you bring to the job?"

So, what will you bring to the job that you think the others can't or not in as great a measure? Presumably you can at least bring everything they will.
Observe them all and steal all their best behavioural traits and improve them.

It's a lot like keeping a woman. Just make it unthinkable for them to do without you.

Pin it to the ground and do what you need to do before gasping for breath and start feeling slightly awkward, before getting up sheepishly and leaving the room.
