Why are they being paid to do it? 'Snot fair!Loads of women go and get that injection all the time.
I'm sure if you offered that option to a smackhead they'd take it anyway without the incentive.

I think smackheads will do anything, only if it allows them to buy more smack.So, the incentive is essential.
