Having had past and recent success with brain-washing guru Allen CarrI've just ordered a second-hand copy of his 'control alcohol' book. Shit like this makes me wish for more self-control but the truth is there comes a point in a night out where I say goodnight and do ok for myself or get wildly drunk and regret doing so for a week afterwards.
