I get the impression that you're an outdoors sort of a bloke.If she's similarly inclined then a short walk (one with some points of interest that can help the conversation if it happens to flag) Followed by an unpretentious lunch. That way you have two different environments (rather than staking everything on her liking a particular restaurant or club or whatever) and don't have to do the potentially awkward first bit in front of an audience.
