There is a great cooking toolIt's a silicone tray with a cover, and another tray with holes (like a steamer) that goes inside.
You put lemon juice and a few herbs on the bottom of the no-holed-tray, then the holed-tray with whichever meat you fancy, then cover and to the oven. I promise it'll be delicious.
