I done a 8 week course on NLPNeuro Linguistic Programming.
It was fucking brilliant and I came out feeling confident and motivated. However - this quickly wore off after the course finished. But man, I know the mind/motivation industry is full of frauds but that genuinely worked for me (while I attended the classes).
