I'm ok because I don't care too muchBut I know I'm not healthy right now, although I don't look too bad. All my overweight goes to my legs, so if you look at me, with my big trousers, I'm fine. I always need to explain to everybody, apart from my doctor.
I'm 1.65m, my ideal weight is between 58 and 61 (I'm aiming for 59.5) and I'm now at 75.1 so yes, I'm overweight.
