I hope this is true for me
but I'm definitely losing weight now.

it's all about balance
if you are going out on a bender, only eat vegetables for the few days leading up to it. Eat as many as you want until they are coming out of every orifice, so you don't need to not fill yourself up, but you need to counter the empty calories in the booze.

makes total sense
I reckon my calories come not from the booze so much, as from the food I inevitably stuff into my face afterwards

that's the trouble, and most people do it
you've eaten before going out, then you drink a load of booze so already way more calories than you should have had, and then finish it off with something sweet or fatty and greasy afterwards.

those dirty burgers and kebabs taste so good though

chips, onion rings and garlic mayo
I hate myself in the morning, but it is worth it.

Well I've got two months to make a difference, and this food-shortage could actually be a good thing if it kickstarts me into losing weight

drastically reducing the amount you are eating may not work too well
it's better to up the exercise at first and reduce intake a bit.

In Ireland the only exercise is walking
which I can't stand. I do a bit of mock-aerobics (jumping around to a playlist entitled 'shit playlist'.)

I have no choice on the foodintake sadly. Unless I start cooking

that sounds unfortunate
you should take up hurling (the sport, I'm not advocating bulimia)
(, Fri 6 Aug 2010, 16:03, Reply)
from all accounts
bulimia doesn't even work.

And I played hurling as a child
