they are going to bone graft me without general anasthetic. I am reliable informed it's the most painful operation it's possible to have (well, level with bone marrow transplant). I am so looking forward to that right now.

Also, having bits of your jaw pulled out through holes in your gums with only local isn't the most fun I've had with my clothes on.

I have no fucking idea.
With the original stuff it was because there wasn't time for it to take effect, they had to do stuff immediately. I think with the bone graft it's to do with where they do the operation, as in whether the hospital has an A&E or not.
