Well unfortunatelyby this point I had already rung them and the stupid scouser woman said nothing could be done until the driver had returned to the depot. Didn't know she was lying at the time though - she said they couldn't make contact with their drivers.
I'm on the arse end of a two day hangover so I'm in no mood to argue. I'll phone her back and if they can redeliver - fine but if not send it to my fucking work. Gaaahh
