I do the reverse of dress-down Friday.It's called Frocky Friday and I wear heels and nice dresses and stff. Why should Friday be scruffy? (Unless you HAVE to be smart all the time.)
We don't have a dress code here but I've never been comfortable dressing casual so I'm generally in skirts/dresses and sometimes smart kecks.
