Lemsip will fuck your shit right up if you take a lot, paracetamol is an irreversible overdose. You'd need to take a lot, mind you - but I wouldn't recommend trying. Especially if you have any plans to drink for the rest of your life, seeing as how it damages the liver.
I'm not sure what the decongestant is in Lemsip but I'm willing to be OD is possible on that too, but the paracetamol will probably do for you first.
