ThreadsThat scared me a lot, but that's not really a horror film. I also nearly passed out while watching 'The Descent' at the cinema. I think it was due to claustrophobia because the monsters hadn't even shown up yet.
Alt Q: I stayed up to watch 'The Abyss' the other night. The bit in it when Ed Harris's character is desperately trying to resuscitate his wife always brings a tear to my eye.
