It's early morning, I'm less tired than of lateI have a week's worth of emails to plough through, factory trials to rearrange, a diary to fill and end-of-month figures to sort out. On the plus side, I have cumberland chipolatas, thick-cut dry-cure bacon and free-range eggs to look forward to.
Life could be worse.
