PDFs are, by nature, protected.If you've got the full version of Adobe Acrobat, you can just save to Word. If you don't, you're not doing anything to it. I guess something like Textbridge might be able to help, but if you're at work and your company won't fork out for Acrobat, you're probably not getting anything that might be able to crack it, either.
