Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

Karate arm...A local karate instructor broke his arm when he was a teenager and still living in Japan. He never had it set properly and ended up with a permanently curved forearm. Apparently this has left him with incredible punching power in that arm.
