Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

Power toolsI can't recall what my most painful experience was but I can tell you that surprisingly it wasn't the time I ran my hand through a table saw. Probably didn't hurt that much because I severed some nerves and still have limited sensation in part of my hand and one finger.
