Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

Self Inflicted.1. One night many years ago I got sufficiently drunk that headbanging to "Painkiller" seemed like a good idea. Next morning it felt like somebody had smeared napalm all cross my forehead and down my neck. The headache went away the next day, the neckache two days after that.
2. As a 7 year old I had an enquiring mind. In this particular case I was wondering "What happens if I improvise a ramp from this 4 foot tall packing crate to the ground and then ride down it on my plastic tractor"
The answer of course is that I ended up going to the Emergency room with my left arm bending in unusual ways.
