Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

When I was 16was cycling along when something sharp hit me in the mouth and I spat it out again. I think it cut the inside of my lower lip. But it hurt more and more and then I realised that something had actually flown into my mouth and stung me.
I got home and looked in the mirror and it looked like someone had slipped a jellybean behind the skin inside my lip.
