Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

Ouch indeed!How did you manage to get that fixed? o_O I cut my knee open to the bone when I was about ten, six stitches in that and I still have the scar now almost twenty years later.

I was luckyAlthough a bit of nerve damage (only about 50% feeling a year on) I didn't actually damage the cartilage - so just had it cleaned up, glass removed and stitched closed. It promptly went bad and smelly bits fell out, leaving a funny little hole, the bit of skin left was stretched and re-stitched and all good :) nice purple scar now about 1.5" square.
