Ouch!
A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.
What was your ouchiest moment?

I did the same thing
then tried to cool my finger down. How to do this? By sucking on it- it works when I've burnt it on a hot fork or knife.
Unfortunately, I was less well-coordinated than I am nowadays. So instead of putting my finger in my mouth, I put the cigarette lighter in there instead.
And still, about 20 years later, the tip of my tongue's numb and the end of my finger is bumpy and blistered.
