This is a question Ouch!

A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

What was your ouchiest moment?

I used to race bikes dh
I heard about a racer whose head fell off.
it was incredibly tragic and i assure you it wasnt the slightest bit funny. I didnt know him but it really shocked me to the core.

he wasn't riding, no.
certainly not the dishes as I can't imagine how that would cause his head to fall off.
