Ouch!A friend was once given a biopsy by a sleep-deprived junior doctor.
They needed a sample of his colon, so inserted the long bendy jaws-on-the-end thingy, located the suspect area and... he shot through the ceiling. Doctor had forgotten to administer any anaesthetic.

I had this a couple of times a night for a year when i was 18 :(Ended up on medication to stop it due to a suspected mineral deficiency!
The pain is quite indescribable and i'm so glad those days are behind me (still get it form time t time though)
