I think the non-citizen reference is alluding to the fact that
the poster is native American whereas Obama, technically, is not.

Still, it's a fucking stupid thing to say. But that's OK, because everyone knows that racism is the preserve of the white man, therefore this poster's views don't count. Right kids?
