It's just parents looking to blame someone/somethingother than themselves. "Little Johnny used to steal from me to fund his cannabis addiction. He'd also shop lift and mug old ladies all because of his cannabis addiction." I'm sorry but that is bollocks. Little Johnny is a little cunt, he just happens to also like cannabis.
