You mean SALES call centres, then?I'm with you on that score... but I used to work in a call centre: a TECHNICAL call centre. None of us could have sold condoms at Glastonbury, that's how sales-focused we were. Even the "first level" support people had skills and qualifications... but that was before they all got "offshored" to Bulgaria, Tunisia and Bangalore.
