Oh yes,
People that walk down the street seemingly oblivious to everyone else on the planet. If I can notice when someone wants to overtake me, or notice when someone is walking towards me, why can't everyone?? Is there a 'blinkers syndrome' that means that they only notice someone else when you poke them in the eye from directly in front?
