Me and my ex got 2 Creatives
They both died within a month (dead headphone socket and knackered firmware). We got 2 warranty replacements. One had a crashed hdd, the other had its control panel die.

Fuck creative and their useless shit.

My brother got an iPod, lasted a month before the HDD went.

atm I have a Sony. The software is shit, worse than Itunes, but I've had it 18 months and it still works, which is more than I can say about anything else I've had. But replace the headphones that come with it with something decent, the Sony ones are wank.

I don't think I've ever dispensed consumer advice with quite so much swearing, but fuck it.
