it's always the same
some snotty dirtbag of a mother will say "oh, MY child couldn't POSSIBLY have nits!" and will refuse to treat them, despite the fact that you can see the kid scratching fuck out of its scalp. within a week, the whole class in re-infected and you have to start all over again.
