Define fat.
I consider size 8 women sticks, because for the most part, they are. Size 10 less so, and I consider sizes 12 to a small 16 normal, with anything bigger than a size 20 dangerously overweight.

I'm a size 14 and I wouldn't call myself fat, but both size 8-10 girls I live with are, indeed, sticks.
