Last Sunday morningI had left over mushroom rice, Lamb Musslini, peshwari naan and bombay patatoes, the naan had been in the bowl in the fridge wiht the rest of the curry and had absorbed the flavours and juices, then when I fried it all up it went crispy good. :D mmmm
