theres only onereason to hold doors for ladies - so as you can ogle their norks as they arrive and their booties as they leave whilst they grin at you for seeming chivalrous. See also, pulling out chairs at tables for ladies so as you can get a full downward cleavage view. Gentleman, my wobbly bits!
