What gives you the heebie-jeebies?
It's a bit strong to call this a phobia, but for me it's the thought of biting into a dry flannel. I've no idea why I'd ever want to or even get the opportunity to do so, seeing as I don't own one, but it makes my teeth hurt to think about it. *ewww*

Them shit wooden forks that you get at some chippys.
They're horrible! I hate eating with one of them, I'd rather use my fingers. Makes me cringe just thinking about biting into it.

Glad I'm not alone, although I find wooden ice lolly sticks even worse as they demand licking.

Them too. I don't eat ice lollys for that reason. I think I got a splinter in my tongue when I was younger. I prefer ice-pops nowadays.

Trick I found is to coat the whole thing in a layer of spit before I even start using it
