Phobias
What gives you the heebie-jeebies?
It's a bit strong to call this a phobia, but for me it's the thought of biting into a dry flannel. I've no idea why I'd ever want to or even get the opportunity to do so, seeing as I don't own one, but it makes my teeth hurt to think about it. *ewww*
Tell us what innocent things make you go pale, wobbly and send shivers down your spine.

I have a friend (really!)...
...who would only set his alarm clock to times where the last digit was NOT a zero or a five.
His logic was that if, say, the alarm went off at 6:00, in his stupor he'd still be able to easily figure "If I hit snooze...it'll go off again at 6:09...I still won't be late...zzzzz". But if he set it for say 5:58, it would be harder for him to add 9 minutes to that, and thus the extra brainpower required to do so would wake him up.
I have stolen his idea, and been using it over 15 years now.
