This is a question What's the hardest you've tried to get dumped?

Groovypoodle writes, "My mate once told his girlfriend that he didn't think it was working only for her to laugh and tell him he was hilarious. Saying she was 'too weird' and 'slightly violent' and that he didn't like her was equally hilarious. Ripping off her wing mirror, throwing it through the windscreen
and storming off in a huff merely generated an apology from her a week later..."

Just how hard have you had to work to get someone to take the hint and stay dumped?

Star Trek
I got rid of an ex by ignoring her for weeks whilst I watched endless amounts of Star Trek.
She still didnt get the hint, so I said
"I've decided to alter the parameters of our relationship."

Ive never seen a girl run so fast!

Good work.
I guess, on a Star Trek-relationship note, if things were going really well, you could always shave your head, sit in a big chair and say "engage!" in a commanding tone.

I would love to do that.
I would also love to issue commands, followed by the words "make it so" and have them carried out.

But that's just never going to happen unless my commands are "leave the dirty plates next to the empty dishwasher" or "pile a large number of objects on the bottom step of the staircase so as to present a dangerous trip hazard to anyone using it".

I must admit
if you'd done that to me, I'd have probably got very over-excited. *Hangs head in shame*
