Political Correctness Gone Mad
Freddy Woo writes: "I once worked on an animation to help highlight the issues homeless people face in winter. The client was happy with the work, then a note came back that the ethnic mix of the characters were wrong. These were cartoon characters. They weren't meant to be ethnically anything, but we were forced to make one of them brown, at the cost of about 10k to the charity. This is how your donations are spent. Wisely as you can see."

Schoolyard racist
My last boss got called into his daughter's school one afternoon because she was due to be disciplined for a 'racially-aggravated' insult.
Turns out she'd been overheard calling her (white) friend a "pooh".
She's 9.

bugger
Does this mean I've got another four years of my youngest (5) calling me a great big fat pooh at every opertunity. Last week he even rang me up to tell me so.
I wouldn't be surprised if he came on here and said it.

Could be...
Of course, if you get fed up with it, you could always report him for racism.
